Taj Gammon Terms of Service

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, to participate in money games or tournaments.

2.2 Legal Compliance

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.

2.3 Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

3.1 Account Security

You are the guardian of your account credentials. Sharing access or using another person’s account is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is entitled to only one account. Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to manipulate rankings, abuse bonuses, or gain unfair advantages in tournaments will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts remaining inactive for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to suspension or maintenance fees.

4.1 Entry Requirements

Specific tournaments may require entry fees, experience levels, or invitations. All details are transparently displayed during registration.

4.2 Zero Tolerance for Cheating

Collusion and the use of bots, AI software, or external assistance is strictly forbidden. Our anti-cheat systems monitor matches 24/7. Violators face permanent bans.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests for paid matches due to technical errors must be submitted within 24 hours. Abuse of this policy may result in disqualification from future refunds.

5.1 Virtual Assets

“Coins” and “Gems” are virtual currencies used within Taj Gammon and hold no monetary value outside the platform.

5.2 Purchases

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of technical failure.

5.3 Prize Forfeiture

Taj Gammon reserves the right to withhold prizes and suspend accounts if any fraudulent activity (e.g., multi-accounting) is detected during a tournament.
